This day I will say I went a little overboard in the tea consumption- and that’s me saying that! This is my second pot of tea in the day, equalling about 8 large cups of tea- that’s a lot of Bloody TEA my friend! As much as I do love a cup, or several, when I finished the day my hands were shaking to the point where I couldn’t draw a straight line for my art. That’s when you know the caffeine has been too much. So a WARNING to all- don’t drink two full pots of Tetley Orange Pekoe in a 6-cup pot all by yourself. Or maybe just pace yourself more than I did. And do the Brit thing and eat even more toast with a variety of toppings.
