Friday 9 October

Sometimes you need to change up your sleeping just to get a good nights sleep. I’ve recently started taking melatonin if I need a deep sleep. I have a diffuser for essential oils to permeate throughout my room before heading to bed. But one new addition is the Pukka Night Time tea.

Now I am not the biggest fan of herbal teas, but this one is pretty great. For sleep, it does the trick within 30-45 minutes. The flavour of the lavender and limeflower are interesting but not bad. Of course, there are different types of night teas you can try, but I’d go with this one. For the efficacy, the flavour, the very pretty boxes, and of course the environmental value. The box and the tea packets are recyclable, and the tea bags are compostable, so the company is trying to do all the good things for our planet, as well as natural goodness for our bodies.

So, along with my tea cup, the best sleep is accompanied with my summer camp pillow case which has been with me since I was 8 years old. I hope you guys also find the best way to get a goodnight’s sleep.
