The End of Autumn
The last nice day of the semester. Not a cloud in the sky, warm tea to keep my hands from chilling in the wind. A Puffer jacket and sweatpants, only able to sit outside for 45 minutes to an hour, but when the sun starts to go down at 4:00, I need all the sunshine I can get. And who can deny- autumn cups of tea just hit better than any other time of year. Like hot toddies, mulled wine, hot chocolate, spiced apple cider. Fall does drinks better.
